Do you provide free samples?
Yes. If the samples needed are existing models and available from stock, we can provide free samples. If the samples need to be custom made, there will be sample cost based on production cost. Buyers should cover the express delivery cost.
What's your price terms?
The prices we quoted are based on US$ FOB NINGBO; other ports are negotiable. If you need CFR or CIF prices, please advise the destination port for quoting purposes.
What are your terms of payment?
We accept 100% wire transfer for small order value under US$5,000. For larger orders, we accept 30% paid in advance as deposit, balance against B/L copy or L/C.
Do you retail or wholesale?
We only produce and export in wholesale quantities. We do not sell retail.
What's your MOQ?
Different items have different MOQ, usually the amount needed to reach US$5,000.
